Our campus is filled with dedicated professors who share the latest research and pedagogy in their fields through hands-on activities, interactive discussions, and experiential projects. Our professors also get students out in the community, participating in service learning projects, and even further afield, taking part in national conferences and field work expeditions. We offer 22 Bachelor’s Degree programs, which include 18 concentration options, as well as 7 Associate’s Degree programs, 40 minors, and 5 Certificate programs.

UMPI is also a national leader in competency-based education, offering the YourPace adult degree completion program since 2017. This fully online and asynchronous personalized learning model allows students 20 and older to advance through coursework–at a speed that works for their work and life schedule–as they demonstrate mastery of academic content.
