Professional Activities

Faculty and students attend one or more professional conferences each year. In the fall, faculty travel to either the New England Psychological Association Conference, or the Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Therapy Conference. Often in the spring, faculty and a few students attend the Mainely Data conference, a Maine based meeting of faculty and students presenting and discussing their recent psychological research.  Students are encouraged to collaborate with a faculty member to conduct research and present data at one or more of these forums. Often, students complete research for credit by enrolling in Advanced Research (PSY 480), where they design and execute a research protocol with faculty guidance.
