*I-94 -- Is a small white cardboard that’s stapled in your passport or on your I-20. It’s dated to show entry and expiration dates. It’s called the “departure record” and is surrendered when you leave the country. It should also have your admission number or alien registration number on the card.
- Photocopy your I-20 form and I-94 card. Keep the originals with you at all times and put the copies in a safe place.
- BE SURE TO CARRY YOUR PASSPORT- New immigration laws went into effect requiring all U.S. and Canadian citizens to carry passports. If you need more information please go to:

- You MUST “Report in” by the second Friday of classes at South Hall, 1st Floor Reception Desk, any time between the hours of 8a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday OR you can “report in” using the on-line form.
