Aramark Dining Services
While Aramark provides UMPI’s on-campus catering, it is also happy to meet any off-campus catering needs for the wider community. The dining service has an excellent menu selection, and also can custom design a menu for any special occasion. For more information, call 207-768-9538.

The Central Aroostook Council on Education is a partnership between several schools in Aroostook County and the University that pools resources to maximize professional development opportunities, savings on bulk purchases, and collaboration among elementary to post-secondary educators.

Conferences and Special Programs
The Conferences and Special Programs operation provides you with a centralized system for securing University of Maine at Presque Isle facilities and services for groups and individuals desiring to hold conferences, seminars, meetings, and banquets on campus.

Built in 1992 as a central location for student events, cultural activities, and state and regional meetings and conferences, our Campus Center provides ample meeting spaces, the Reed Art Gallery, UMPI Bookstore, Campus Communication Center, Student Senate office, University Credit Union, and ATM.

Engaged Learning
Learn about a teaching method employed at the University that may benefit your town, business or organization - our students complete courses that double as community service projects.

Gentile Hall
Our comprehensive wellness center - with its climbing wall, pool, fitness center, elevated track, and multipurpose gymnasium - offers something for everyone.

The University Library provides card members with three floors of books, periodicals and government documents. And, through our Interlibrary Loan service, a world of publications is at your fingertips.

Northern Maine Museum of Science
Want to learn about everything from fluorescent minerals and seismometers to Fibonacci numbers and Atlantic Leatherback Sea Turtles? The Northern Maine Museum of Science has a diverse collection of displays and nature areas that focus on themes of Biology, Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Agriculture and Forestry. And, while you're there, don't forget to check out the Maine Solar System Model - it starts at the entryway of Folsom Hall and stretches nearly 100 miles to Topsfield, Maine.

Outing Club
The UMPI Outing Club provides opportunities to explore the great outdoors through hiking, rock climbing, caving, whitewater rafting and other outdoor adventure trips. It also provides summer camps for children.

Prometric Testing Center
A new computer-based testing facility has been established on the UMPI campus, allowing students and community members to take graduate school entrance exams and business licensure tests in a convenient, close-to-home location.

TRiO College Access Services
TRiO College Access Services, designed to help overcome class, social, academic and cultural barriers to higher education, serves high school students throughout Aroostook County.

UMPI Events Calendar

The University has undertaken an innovative online learning project that allows learners of all ages to participate in UMPI online courses for free, as long as they aren’t seeking college credit. UMPI OpenU gives participants full access to designated online courses and all of the materials related to them, including direct interaction with the instructors and the students taking the courses for credit.

University Credit Union
The University of Maine at Presque Isle houses the University Credit Union’s northernmost branch. Located in the Campus Center, UCU features a full service office, ATM and shared branching kiosk.
