The Resident Assistant Staff
The Senior Staff: Bryan Jennings
Our Senior Staff member resides in Emerson Hall on the first floor and serves the Deparment of Residence Life as an advanced leader in the residence halls, promoting community involvement, advising Residence Advisory Council, responding to situations and emegencies as they arise after-hours in the residence halls.
My name is Bryan Jennings and I am the Residence Life Senior Staff member living on first floor of Emerson Hall. I am a biology major with a pre-med concentration and a fun fact about me is I am a proud Nova Scotian! My goal for next year is to help develop a strong RA team for the students to have a successful year.

The Emerson Hall Staff: Pictured L-R: Steven McDougal, Lizzie Bousquet, Courtney Cray, Courtney McHugh, and Matt Nadeau.
Steven McDougal: I am a Psychology major with a minor in Philosophy who will be an RA on Emerson 3rd floor. Fun fact is that I have at least two friends in every State, including Puerto Rico who I try to keep in contact as often as I can. A personal goal I have in mind for this year is to start making more connections on a professional level to help when I graduate.
Lizzie Bousquet: I'm Elizabeth Bousquet, I'm one of the RA's on the second floor of Emerson this year. I'm a psychology major here at UMPI with a minor in history. My goal for the future is to have a job and a place to live lined up before I graduate in May. A fun fact about myself is that I played soccer in Europe my Junior year of high school.
Courtney Cray: Hello! My name is Courtney and I am on Emerson third. This will be my third year as a Resident Assistant, fourth year as a student at UMPI and I am a Psychology major. My goal for this year is to make my residents feel comfortable on my floor (making sure quiet hours are followed, trash isn't on the floor, etc.)! It should be an amazing year, I can't wait! A fun fact about me is that I can make just about anything out of Duct Tape (shoes, flags, pouches, wallets and the list goes on)
Courtney McHugh: I am the Emerson, first floor RA. This is my senior year and I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Human Services. My goal for this year is to make first floor a fun and enjoyable place to live for my residents! A fun fact about myself is that I used to be a competitive barrel racer.
Matt Nadeau:
The Merriman Hall Staff: Pictured L-R: Dustin Cray, Jen Steeves, and Cole DuMonthier.
Dustin Cray: Hello everyone! I am currently working and living in Merriman Hall, on the second floor. I am a senior in the criminal justice major, planning on graduating this December. My goal for this year is to help as many freshman as I can with starting their school career before my own graduation.
Jen Steeves: My name is Jennifer Steeves and I'm the Merriman 3rd floor RA. I am a recreation major and I have been on the Aroostook Ski Patrol since I was 17 years old. This year, I want to get my residents more involved in campus activities and bring a higher attendance to campus events.
Cole DuMonthier:
The Park Hall Staff: Pictured L-R: Molly Lindsey, Cooper Plaisted, and Carly Langley.
Molly Lindsey: I am a Athletic Training Major and RA on the first floor of Park. I am very active being part of the Cross Country Running and Nordic Ski team at school. One fun fact about me is that I have a collection of rubber duckies. My goal for this year to be there for my residents and have them always feel welcome.
Cooper Plaisted: My name is Cooper Plaisted. I am a senior Outdoor Recreation major with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am a second year Resident
Assistant on the second floor of Park Hall. I am the oldest of 4 kids and live for the outdoors and all that Maine has to offer. My future goals include becoming a Maine State Game Warden or State Trooper. I have an "open door" policy and look forward to supporting incoming freshman. I have a great sense of humor and take pride in promoting a sense of community in our Residence Hall. I pledge to be a mentor and help in any way needed.
Carly Langley: I'm a Biology, Pre-Med Major and I'm the RA on 3rd Floor of Park Hall. A fun fact about me is that I REALLY love cake (essentially all kinds). Next year, my goal is to make the third floor a fun, friendly and open community where residents enjoy spending their time :)
The Skyway Manager: Josh Conroy
I'm from Dover-Foxcroft, ME and I am the Skyway Building manager for UMPI. I'm entering my senior year at UMPI and studying criminal justice. I am currently a police officer in Old Orchard Beach, Maine for the summer. I'm a laid back individual and looking forward to a great year at Skyway! Check out what Skyway has to offer!
