Mary Lawrence
Coordinator of Conferences and Special Programs
Mary's office is located on the ground floor of the Campus Center, room 120 (room with windows). Mary has worked at UMPI since 1977, during which time she has completed her A. A. in Liberal Studies degree at UMPI. Mary focuses on advanced planning of events to utilize available facilities and resources during the summer and plans short courses and workshops to meet local community needs during the academic year.

Wendy Koenig
Special Events Specialist
Wendy is the Special Events Specialist for the department. Wendy primarily schedules and markets university facilities and non- academic programs to the campus and community. Wendy serves as a liaison between the office to clients in areas of event planning, programming, scheduling facilities, food service, room diagrams, and audio- visual assistance. She serves as a coordinator of facilities. She is an Alum of university with BA in English and has been with department since 2007. Wendy is located in Office 121 of the first floor of the Campus Center.

Lisa Udasco
Administrative Assistant 1
Lisa joined Conferences and Special Programs in September 1997. She has a B.A. in General Business from Texas Lutheran College. Lisa's office is in the Campus Center, room 121. Lisa's schedule is generally Tuesday through Friday late afternoon and evening and Saturday morning. She is available to schedule meetings and host guests for events primarily at the Campus Center. Questions pertaining to facilities reservations, room set-ups, food service, invoices and Conferences' web page may be directed to Lisa.
