WE HAVE A NEW NAME...UMPI Outing Club!
The UMPI Outing Club, at the University of Maine at Presque Isle hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. These events range from day trips, overnight camping trips and summer camp for kids. Our club is unique in that these events are available to students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. Meetings/Members
Everyone is invited to join us on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month at 1:00 pm for biweekly meetings in the Outing Club office in Gentile Hall. You do not have to be a member of the club to attend. Share ideas, get excited about being outside, and meet fun people!

No experience required, but should be comfortable in deep water.
Must be at least 14 years of age. 14 – 18 years old need parents signature to participate.

Outdoor Rock Climbing in Acadia National Park
Try your hand at real granite at the beautiful Otter Cliffs at famous Acadia National Park!
$30 UMPI Students, $40 non-students
Transportation, guide services, gear and snacks provided
No experience required, although some experience at an indoor wall is suggested.
Pre-registration is required. Deadline for registration is Wed, May 1st by 4 pm.
Depart Gentile Hall 5 am Sunday morning!
