New Ventures Maine will offer a free holiday budgeting workshop on Monday, Nov. 7 from 5 – 7 p.m. in Preble 38 (2nd floor). This workshop is a free two-hour class to help you gain the skills and confidence to stretch your money, pay your bills, and reduce your debt in preparation for the holiday season. Suzanne Senechal-Jandreau, Regional Manager/Workforce Development Specialist for New Ventures Maine, will conduct the workshop. The class is open to women, men, and couples of all ages and incomes. Pre-registration is required. Accommodations to individuals with disabilities are available upon request; some assistance with transportation and child care costs is also available.
