UMPI and the University of Maine Cooperative Extension hosted a free Soil and Agronomy Workshop with Dr. Lakesh Sharma, UMPI Assistant Professor of Sustainable Agriculture and Assistant Extension Professor for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension in Presque Isle, on Feb. 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Campus Center Multi-Purpose Room. This workshop was open to faculty, students, farmers, and community members working in agriculture.
