The University of Maine at Presque Isle will host the 10th Annual Junior Achievement of Maine Titan Challenge in the Campus Center on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. The event will bring area high school students to campus to compete against their peers across the state on business finance and marketing simulations. All Maine high schools were invited to participate in this day long competition, free of charge. More than 100 teams from Maine high schools are registered so far. Twenty-three of these teams are competing at UMPI. Three scholarship prizes are awarded and, last year, Aroostook County teams received all 3 of the scholarships. This event is sponsored on campus by the faculty of the Business Administration Program.
