Volunteers are needed for Red Cross Disaster Services. The American Red Cross of Maine will offer participants free training to become a trained Disaster Services Volunteer in just a few days. Training is offered in shelter operations, client casework, and Psychological First Aid. Locations are Presque Isle on Oct. 21 – 23 and Dover-Foxcroft on Dec. 2 – 4. Sign up at maineredcross.org.
