Computer Help Desk is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Faculty and staff can call extension 9626 to inquire about projects, ask questions or report problems. Your contact will be documented and if action is required a help desk ticket will be created and issued to a designated technician or support staff

If you are working in a computer lab in Folsom Hall or the Library and require assistance, seek out the on-duty lab consultant

Computer Services' Computer Lab consultants are trained to offer direct help with basic use of Windows, including disk formatting, word-processing, electronic-mail, and the Internet.
However, lab consultants are not expected to be familiar with every software program or assignment associated with university courses or faculty, nor can they provide support for software not loaded on our computers.
