Office of Student Records

The Office of Student Records takes pride in providing quality service to our students. We're here to insure that you meet all the requirements of your degree so that when employers or graduate schools contact us for verification, we can give them a true answer.

Helping you to register for classes is only one of the services we provide. We also produce transcripts; offer veterans' services; and process transfer evaluation and changes of major/declaration of minor forms. We furnish course information (course descriptions and prerequisites), as well as information about our graduation policy.

Upcoming Dates and Deadlines

Monday, August 30 - Fall 2010 Term Begins
Friday, September 3 - Last Day to Add a Class
Wednesday, September 8 - Last Day to Withdraw from a Class/University
Monday, October 25 - Midterm Grades Due
Friday, November 5 - Last Day to Withraw from Class/University or Request a Leave of Absence (with "W" grade)
Tuesday, December 14 - Last Day of Classes
Thursday, December 16 - Final Exams Begin
