Our Fitness & Wellness Coordinator, Keli Marston, offers personal training sessions to Gentile Hall members in our gym, track and fitness center areas. This can include orientation to the fitness equipment, fitness assessments, and group classes and individual exercise sessions designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Classes available this Spring Semester
Fit Camp is held Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00-5:45pm.
Total Body Circuit Training is held Tuesdays from 12:15-1:00pm.
Fusion Class is held Mondays & Thursdays @ Noon in the Campus Center.
All Classes are $3.00/session for Gentile Hall members
or $7.00/session for non-members.
STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS FREE!
