The Aroostook State Park will host its Winter Family Fun Day on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. You can try cross-country skiing, skating or snowshoeing with a free equipment loan from the Maine State Parks Ski and Snowshoe Trailer. There will be downhill sliding, tote sled rides*, wildlife exhibit, a warming hut, lunch, and a bonfire. All activities are free with park admission of $1.50 for everyone ages 12 and up.
