The Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its annual Strawberry Shortcake Sale, scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 21, rain or shine. Shortcakes are $4 each and can be picked up at the North St. Plaza between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., or until all desserts are sold out. For those who can’t get away from the office and who are located in Ashland, Caribou, Easton, Fort Fairfield, Mapleton, Mars Hill, Presque Isle, or Washburn, pre-orders can be made with Chamber representatives delivering them.
