Nominations are now open for Aroostook’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2016. The award is designed to recognize the achievements of entrepreneurs who reside in and have excelled in a business venture in Aroostook County. The award is presented annually by the Aroostook Partnership. Individuals who own, operate, or are involved in a partnership in a for-profit or not-for-profit enterprise in Aroostook County are eligible. The deadline for nominations is April 29. The recipient will be announced at an event on May 26. The winner will receive $1,000 and first and second runners up will receive $500 and $250 respectively.
