He and the UMPI Volleyball team will give lessons that include training in setting, serving, blocking and hitting was well as in team play like offenses and defense, position, and coverage for hits and blocks. Players of all skill levels will be challenged during this high-energy camp.
UMPI’s Volleyball Camp starts on Monday, July 22 and runs through Friday, July 26 between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch can be purchased in the dining area located at the Campus Center or participants can bring their own lunches from home. Proceeds from the camp will help the UMPI volleyball team meet its fundraising goals for the 2013 season.
Participants will need to bring appropriate clothes and non-marking court shoes. Knee pads are suggested but not required.
