Prioritizing Faculty Well-Being During Politicized Times

This article in Change: The Magazine of Higher Education does an excellent job of outlining the effect that political pressures have had on faculty across the country and how some faculty in Florida have responded. While UMPI does not face some of the same pressures as these other institutions, we are not immune to the effects of the political landscape and changes to higher education regulations. The author presents suggestions for leaders to support faculty to prevent burnout and improve well-being. Which of these ideas do you think would be helpful?
