Dear UMPI Community,

I write to confirm that, as planned, all classes and campus offices and services will resume normal operations on Monday morning.

My thanks to everyone for the immediate and remarkably efficient response to this situation.  My special thanks to all of the Facilities Management crew who worked this weekend to ensure that our facilities would be ready for normal operations tomorrow morning.  All of your efforts are so greatly appreciated.

As I noted in Friday’s message, the work we do in following our health and safety measures and keeping each other safe, from now until we switch to remote learning the week of Thanksgiving, is of the greatest importance. Please wear your masks, observe social distancing, wash your hands frequently, and follow all other safety guidelines. Your efforts truly do make a difference, as these past few days have exemplified.  And remember, if you have questions or would like someone from campus to call you, please let us know here.
