In our efforts to get you information as quickly and efficiently as possible, we’ve established a new Campus COVID-19 Dashboard on our Safe Return website to provide you with up-to-date information about our current active cases, quarantine cases, and asymptomatic tests taken. To access it, just go to www.umpi.edu/return or click the yellow Safe Return button at the top of our website.
Please consider this dashboard your primary and most accurate source for information on our current case counts, as it will replace the recurring campus messages I have sent out since fall each time a new case is identified. As we’re made aware of positive cases of COVID-19 and identify individuals who need to quarantine through our contact tracing efforts, we’ll be posting that information to this dashboard. You can visit it anytime for our current case numbers. As has been the case since we started testing, we aren’t able to share any details with the general campus community about active and quarantine cases due to privacy reasons, but please know that when we do have active and quarantine cases, all impacted individuals are contacted.
We hope you find this new tool a more immediate and easily accessible way of knowing our current case counts and my thanks to the team who put this together for us.
