Northern Maine Community College will be hosting author Bruce Robert Coffin for a reading and book signing on Oct. 1 at Noon at NMCC Library and at Mark & Emily Turner Memorial Library at 6 p.m. Coffin worked as a detective with the Portland Police Department for 27 years. When he retired, he turned to writing. He has written three books and recently won a major award for his latest title. This event is free and open to the public.
