The University of Maine at Presque Isle donated the use of an UMPI athletics bus and provided a driver to transport 24 Aroostook County youth down to Stoneham, Maine for Camp Susan Curtis this summer. This “Camp Susan Curtis Expansion Project” was a collaboration between UMPI, Presque Isle Boys and Girls Club, and Camp Susan Curtis. This project was begun last year by 2016-2017 UMPI AmeriCorps VISTA Victoria Forkus and this is the second year that UMPI has provided the bus and driver.
