• Nearly all of the residents in Park Hall are freshmen.
• Park Hall houses 87 residents in floor by floor co-ed housing.
• The first and second floors of Park Hall can be either men’s or women’s floors depending on our housing needs.
• The third floor of Park Hall is a women’s floor.
• Free laundry facilities are located on the third floor and in the basement.
• A social lounge area is on the first floor and in the lobby.  You can find a television with comfortable seating, ping-pong table, and pool table in these areas.
• Vending machines are located in the lobby to assist you with your late night munchies.
• Study lounges can be found on the second and third floor.
• Park Hall has a trained staff of 3 Resident Assistants, and 1 Senior Resident Assistant.
