“Ben (from Old Town) and Maryl (from Fort Fairfield) met at UMPI in the fall of 2008. They were both on the soccer teams and began dating in 2009. Ben graduated in 2011 with a degree in athletic training, and Maryl in 2012 with a degree in fitness and wellness. In July, 2016, Ben and Maryl got married. Currently, Ben and Maryl are both nurses at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME. Maryl is a nurse in the ICU and Ben is a nurse in the ER. .”
