YourPace International Students

YourPace program allows international students to study 100% online from outside the US. To apply to a YourPace Program, applicants will need to complete the application instructions for a YourPace Student below.

Step 1: Complete the YourPace Application

Step 2: Submit Transcripts for Credential Evaluations

At UMPI, we require all international educational documents** to be submitted through a credential evaluation report for all transcripts because we do not provide evaluations in-house. This evaluation report will translate your grades into US equivalencies. Applicants are responsible for any fees required by an evaluation service. There are a few exceptions; please see below for details.

Please note: All evaluations must be completed by an evaluation service that is endorsed by NACES or AICE and must include a GPA.

**Canadian-based institutions (excluding the province of Quebec) will not require a transcript evaluation. High school or equivalent and college transcripts must be directly sent by the institution or a transcript service.

High school: Transcripts must be officially translated or evaluated as part of the admissions requirements. The official document must include a cumulative grade point average (GPA) and a specific graduation date. (Examples include translations/evaluations from a NACES or AICE member, or having the high/secondary school provide a translated copy of the transcript directly.)

Please note:

  • Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) results must be provided directly to an approved evaluation service.
  • China Credentials Verification (CSSD) evaluations cannot be considered.

What evaluation should I order?

  • Course-by-course evaluation: students with college/university course work completed outside of the United States.
  • Course-by-course evaluation (analysis): students with a high school transcript AND advanced level course work; advanced level course work could include A-levels, CXC’s, CAPE exams, etc.
  • Document-by-document evaluation: students with only a high school transcript.
