In 2014, UMPI unveiled a new tuition structure for Out-of-State and International students, giving them the same tuition rate extended to students who participate in the New England Board of Higher Education Tuition Break Program. That meant a 40 percent reduction in their tuition rate. Out-of-State and International students now pay just $11,995 in tuition and fees annually.
