This is the Email Correspondence Request Form from the University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Office of the President.  Due to the large number of requests the office receives and the complexity of the President’s calendar, we ask that you provide as much information about your letter request as possible.  Please submit this form at least Five (5) business days prior to your required deadline.  Online submission of this completed form is REQUIRED.
